Initial Client Services

Central to our service delivery is complete knowledge of our clients’ financial situation.  Once you have decided to proceed with our formal advice, we set about preparing a Statement of Advice.  Any recommendations will be fully set out in this document for your information.  This document also provides a reference for future ongoing advice.   

 

The following describes our initial advice and implementaion services:

  

Initial Consultation and Follow Up

This includes:

  • The gathering of information regarding your financial situation prior to the first meeting.  The more information that we have the more valuable this meeting will generally be.
  • An initial consultation of up to an hour and a half to discuss issues as required.  This may include general advice but will not include specific product advice.
  • Follow up work after the meeting, as required.
  • A second meeting, if required, to discuss outstanding issues and to outline possible solutions.

  

Provision of Advice

This includes:

  • Development of strategies and solutions applicable to your circumstances. 
  • Preparation and presentation of a Statement of Advice (SOA) detailing the strategic recommendations and any superannuation, investment or insurance recommendations.    

 

Implementation of Recommendations

This includes:

  • Preparation and processing of paperwork required to process any superannuation, investment or insurance recommendations.
  • Follow up of establishment of any superannuation or investment accounts or insurance policies.
