Central to our service delivery is complete knowledge of our clients’ financial situation. Once you have decided to proceed with our formal advice, we set about preparing a Statement of Advice. Any recommendations will be fully set out in this document for your information. This document also provides a reference for future ongoing advice.
The following describes our initial advice and implementation services:
The gathering of information regarding your financial situation prior to the first meeting. The more information that we have the more valuable this meeting will generally be.
An initial consultation of up to an hour and a half to discuss issues as required. This may include general advice but will not include specific product advice.
Follow up work after the meeting, as required.
A second meeting, if required, to discuss outstanding issues and to outline possible solutions.
Development of strategies and solutions applicable to your circumstances.
Preparation and presentation of a Statement of Advice (SOA) detailing the strategic recommendations and any superannuation, investment or insurance recommendations.
Preparation and processing of paperwork required to process any superannuation, investment or insurance recommendations.
Follow up of establishment of any superannuation or investment accounts or insurance policies.
